Shipping and delivery charges are the responsibility of the buyer, unless other arrangements have been made and confirmed in writing.
Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving full payment and order confirmation.
Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods
We ship via trusted freight carriers and regional couriers depending on the size and destination of your order.
Local pickup from our Dallas, TX warehouse is available. Please contact us to arrange pickup.
Note: Due to the nature of automotive batteries, certain shipping restrictions or hazardous material regulations may apply.
3. Delivery Time
Delivery times vary by location:
Texas and surrounding states: 1–3 business days
Other U.S. regions: 3–7 business days
You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
Final shipping fees will be shown at checkout or included in your distributor invoice.
Bulk and distributor orders may qualify for free or discounted shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Proof of purchase or invoice is required.
Batteries damaged due to improper installation, overcharging, or physical abuse are not eligible for return.
2. Core Returns
All listed prices are net of core charges unless otherwise specified.
A core must be provided at the time of pickup or delivery.
If no core is returned, a $15 core charge per battery will apply.
For transactions where a core is provided, the price already includes a $9 environmental core fee per battery.
All core charges help cover the environmental handling and recycling of used batteries, in compliance with industry regulations.
3. Return Process
To start a return, LOGIN to use the retuern request page, please contact us with the following:
Your order number or invoice
Product name and quantity
Reason for return
Photos (if damage is claimed)
You will receive instructions on how and where to return the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or shipped in error.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Important Notes:
We do not accept returns on custom orders, special wholesale purchases, or opened/installed batteries.
EPCVolt reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
